Have you ever wondered what it would be like to prepare meals for 12,500 animals? Have you thought about what it would take to maintain a goldfish bowl the size of three football fields?

Wonder no longer! You are invited to join us for a fascinating one-hour journey through the Aquarium of the Pacific on our Behind-the-Scenes Tour!

Dive into the underwater world and discover places in the Aquarium where most people do not have a chance to go. Learn what it takes to run a world-class aquarium. See where our restaurant-quality meals are prepared for our animal residents and experience feeding one of our animals for yourself! How do we keep the exhibits looking so good and the animals looking so happy?

Group size is limited to 10 people, ages seven and up.

 

You MUST be ATLEAST 7 years of age to take this tour and have purchased General Admission Tickets to the Aquarium of the Pacific.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.

Recommended for all tours in Southern California: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.
