NOTE: With prior notice we can accommodate requests outside our normal operating hours.

Hotel Pickup:

Free pick up from hotels, private residence, restaurants or shopping districts within the westside (Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey)

Guests staying outside the pick up area can arrange to be picked up at the closest mentioned above.

Final pick up arrangements can be made when guests call to reconfirm 24-48 hours prior to their tour date.

Children, Pets and Handicap Accommodations:

For infants under the age of 6 years old or less than 60 pounds must remain in a child seat. We strongly recommend you to bring your own child safety devices. Most folding devices and wheelchair can be placed in our large trunk. Small to medium dogs are also allowed.

Payment:

Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa or Mastercard, only. NO American Express accepted.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Vouchers - when your booking is confirmed. Print both vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present these E-Ticket vouchers at the Tour Office.

Cancellation and Refund Information:

Confirmed online reservations canceled by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the trip date will be charged a $10.00 per person cancellation fee. Confirmed reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the trip date will be charged in full.

No refunds are offered for No-shows

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability.

If Oldies Cars & Tours cancels a trip for any reason, bad weather or inadequate load requirements, a 100% refund will be issued. Oldies Cars & Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip.

Oldies Cars & Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, bad conditions of the road and other conditions beyond control.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
